Responsibilities

  • Managing the software development lifecycle
  • Manage a group of Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA engineers
  • Plan and Lead end to end features development, both functional and non-functional, From SW design through implementation, automation, and manual testing
  • Conduct code reviews and developer level testing to evaluate the quality and ensure the outcome fits the design and requirements
  • Interface with various R&D groups and with support tiers
  • Provide customer support

Requirements

  • +10 years of Strong Software Development Skills (Java / Spring Framework is an advantage)
  • +5 years experience with Micro Services Architecture, Distributed Systems
  • +5 years experience with SQL/NoSQL based Databases
  • +5 years experience working with Agile software development methodology
  • Experience with DevOps practices (CI pipeline) and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker, K8s, etc.)
  • Experience with Frontend Development (Angular)
  • Degree in Computer science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of +5 years of experience managing software engineers
  • +10 years of software development experience in object-oriented design and coding in Java / C# or related technologies
  • Strong design, architecture, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
