Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field- Must
  • At least five years of of experience in technical recruiting – Must
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms ( LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, and more)
  • Data-Driven approach
