• 2-3 years experience in a similar role with emphasis on technical sourcing top-notch candidates.
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Stack Overflow, GitHub, etc.).
  • A true story-teller who capable to share our story with the world through relevant social media platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience with advanced sourcing tools and techniques in order to utilize the recruitment of top talent
  • Experience in testing new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that are result-driven.
  • Data-Driven approach and mentality.
  • Experience with social media trends and knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences or equivalent
