• At least 5 years’ experience as a hands-on recruiter in the hi-tech industry
  • Experience with leading E2E Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Processes
  • Experience in partnering with hiring managers.
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Facebbok, Stack overflow, GitHub, and more
  • Experience in testing new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that are result-driven.
  • Experience with social media trends and knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Data-Driven approach the ability to report and analyze hiring processes.
  • Past managerial experience – A plus​
