Electronics Product Lead (NPI)
About The Position
Leading the development and updates of designs for computing systems, including requirements definition, architecture design, component selection, and matrix management of software/electronics development teams.
Responsibility for performance, quality, and timelines. Transitioning from development to production (NPI), collecting information and requirements, testing at the system level and integration.
Reporting to the head of the department.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering .
Practical experience in hardware development, knowledge and understanding of electronic boards, card connections, and more (electronic product design).
Experience in matrix management/leadership.
Practical knowledge of advanced hardware development processes for military systems - an advantage.
Practical knowledge in architecture leadership and software component development in cards and systems - an advantage.
Knowledge across electronics domains (analog/digital/supply systems/software) - an advantage.
Practical experience in system design - an advantage.
Familiarity with international standards, with an emphasis on military standards - an advantage.
