Head of Counter-UAS (C-UAS) Program
About The Position
We're looking for a bold leader to own our C-UAS program end to end: set the vision, drive the business, and lead R&D to deliver capability that works in the field.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the C-UAS product vision and roadmap. Translate operational needs, threat evolution, and market trends into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Work with R&D to turn the roadmap into field-ready capability.
- Lead business development and win new programs in Israel and abroad.
- Manage key customers and partners as their trusted senior contact.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team; own budget, schedule, and results.
Requirements
- Operational experience in air defense, C-UAS, or C4I.
- 7+ years in product, program, or technical leadership of defense systems.
- A proven record in business development and customer management.
- Strong technical understanding of C2, sensors, effectors, and integration.
- Fluent English; willing to travel; eligible for security clearance.
