MPREST Systems is a leading developer of real-time command, control, and analytics systems, specializing in mission-critical solutions for both the defense and civilian sectors. Among its flagship projects is the command-and-control system of the Iron Dome.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with an emphasis on increasing the volume of hires for internal positions and technological outsourcing projects. The role combines both strategic leadership and hands-on recruitment across all stages: sourcing, job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, guiding candidates through security clearance processes, and utilizing the Commit system (mandatory). The position also includes developing new sourcing channels and managing a small, professional recruitment team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and execute full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent
  • Manage a small recruitment team and drive performance results
  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand hiring needs
  • Oversee recruitment for both direct and outsourcing roles


Requirements

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in high-tech recruitment – mandatory
  • Full hands-on experience in all stages of recruitment – mandatory
  • Experience in outsourcing recruitment – strong advantage
  • Practical experience with the Commit recruitment system – strong advantage
  • Previous experience managing a small, experienced team – mandatory
  • Proven success in developing and implementing new sourcing channels – mandatory
  • Proven track record in increasing hiring volumes – mandatory
  • Familiarity with security clearance processes – advantage
  • Relevant academic degree (Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Psychology)
  • Proficiency with recruitment advertising tools and ATS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and multitasking ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility, and teamwork orientation
