Tel Aviv, IL & Boulder, CO, January 3, 2022 – mPrest, a leading developer and provider of distributed asset orchestration and optimization software for energy and commercial markets, today welcomed Pär Schröder as Regional VP Europe.
Pär has worked in the international energy and clean tech industry for 20 years, leading business development, sales and marketing, at businesses focusing on developing digital solutions for electricity trading, AMI, Smart Grids, and renewable energy/DER management and supporting DSO in the energy transition.
Most recently, Pär served as Regional VP, Europe for the German start-up Envelio GmbH, recently acquired by E.ON group. Other relevant previous positions include VP Europe at the U.S.-based IoT vendors Trilliant Networks, Gridco Systems and Echelon Corporation (now Networked Energy Services) and SVP Sales & Marketing and VP Business Development at Nord Pool, the leading European electricity trading platform.
At mPrest, Pär will lead growth and strategy in the European region, identifying key regional requirements for further development of mPrest’s product and solution portfolio, ensuring continued development of offerings and strengthening regional partnerships. The overall goal is building a strong European market footprint and establishing a regional sales and solution organization.
